My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were spacious and even smelled good with a deep soaking tub. However, on the 2nd night, they missed restocking the water and the little pillow candies. The service outdid all my expectations and was the friendliest I’ve ever experienced at a resort. The location, though difficult to get to, was absolutely stunning. The dining experience was top-notch. Overall, a very memorable stay.

The hotel is situated into a magnificent canyon, offering stunning views and a secluded ambiance. The rooms, although they seemed not to have been used in a while, were gorgeous with an outdoor hot tub and fireplace. The service was wonderfully friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. However, the dining experience, particularly at the Paradox grill, was a bit subpar, not living up to other aspects of the stay.

7.6/10

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms felt like they were brand new, although not used recently. I booked the room upgrade through my credit card program, which also included free breakfast and a $100 credit for food and drinks. The front desk experience was good, but there were some drawbacks as well.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms felt fresh and new, although it seemed like they hadn't been used in a while.
Service
7.0
The service was a bit inconsistent. While some staff members were friendly and accommodating, others seemed young and inexperienced. Overall, they were trained to engage and be attentive.
Location
9.0
The location was stunning, surrounded by incredibly beautiful red rock cliffs, giving off a California-style management vibe in rural Colorado.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag. While the food at the Paradox grill was very good, other dining outlets were subpar.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities offered were sufficient for a comfortable stay, but nothing extraordinary was provided.
